In just eight years, Transportation Investment Corporation (TI Corp), responsible for your new Port Mann Bridge (and your faster commute), has made a big impact on transportation and tolling in Metro Vancouver and across the industry. 

It’s an exciting time for TI Corp, and their official toll brand Treo, as massive long-term projects are on the horizon. With this new era of work, they seek a career-minded Buyer to join their Procurement team based out of Coquitlam, BC.


Key things you will be doing

Working with a close team, you will be responsible for supporting TI Corp in their Procurement division to ensure the timely purchasing and processing of client services and goods. You will consistently interact with clients and internal teams to ensure all queries and issues are responded to. Standard responsibilities include the processing of purchase requisitions and purchase orders, maintaining records of all transactions, and responding to internal and external queries relating to procurement. Key Qualifications for you to have

  • University Degree or equivalent qualification in Procurement and/or Business Related Field.
  • 3 to 5 years of procurement experience, preferably in a public sector or Crown Corporation environment.
  • Experience purchasing IT services and software, and familiarity with Microsoft Great Plains would be an asset.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
